What does PennyMac Returnship Program entail?

We’re excited about the launch of this new program and, since returning to the workplace can be a little intimidating, we want you to know we’re here to train, guide and support you in every way possible. Our goal is to make this new transition a smooth and comfortable one, so we’re setting you up for success with:

  • PAID training that includes: mortgage basics, technical training in wholesale lending, product and guideline primers, selling skills and ongoing support and live coaching
  • Base + Commission Compensation Structure—which is unique to PennyMac
  • Live coaching and tools to help you become successful
